Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto's speech at the UN General Assembly in New York. Netanyahu considered Prabowo's statement on the Israel-Palestine issue to be passionate and encouraging.

In his speech, Netanyahu emphasized that Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. According to him, this is an important sign for the future of international relations, especially regarding Indonesia's role in the region.

Previously, Netanyahu also mentioned the normalization of relations between a number of Muslim countries and Israel since five years ago, which was facilitated by former US President Donald Trump. The first normalization began with the United Arab Emirates.

Netanyahu said that cooperation with Israel brings many benefits to Muslim countries, especially in the fields of technology, medicine, agriculture, water, defense, and artificial intelligence. He stated that forward-thinking Arab and Muslim leaders understand the great benefits of such collaboration.

Meanwhile, Prabowo, in his speech at the UN, reaffirmed Indonesia's commitment to a two-state solution as the path to resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. According to him, true peace can only be achieved if the world fights for Palestinian independence while also recognizing, respecting, and guaranteeing Israel's security.
